Punk FREAKING Couture

Tom Binns has become a recent obsession. I can just picture myself wearing one of his huge gorgeous necklaces with a simple tee or a sleeveless, high neckline, cocktail dress. After reading Rachel Zoe's book "Style A to Zoe," I have become more aware of how much accessories can impact an outfit and instantly give any look glamor, polish, and effortlessness.
