Our student council had the brilliant idea of suggesting a mock-up of a Battle of the Bands to help earn money for Prom, so I did the lighting for that, and I also did lighting for a school play, Bye Bye Birdie, and I'm practically beat. XD Happy weekend! :'D
an East Coast artsy, shy, pigeon-toed, indie girl who loves anything and everything vintage. Who thinks Tai restaurants are couture and would always choose snow over sand and has one too many bird houses in her backyard. Who can never remember someones name but can always remember what they were wearing and who thinks style is allowing a complete stranger to understand the type of person you are without having to say a word.
"Growing up, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I knew the woman I wanted to become:I wanted to be the woman in the driver’s seat. That didn’t mean that I couldn’t be a passenger some days, or have a driver another, but I knew that I wanted to be the woman who could drive the car. I knew the feeling but not how I was going to get there." -Diane von Furstenberg
WORDS THAT SHAPE MY STYLE
"I love an element of surprise here and there,a touch of the unexpected.Details on a dress can inspire bed linens, while jewelry or embellishments can adorn a bag or shoe." -Vera Wang
